Belgian knob-twiddling crooner Dieter Sermeus has returned with Everybody Knows It's Gonna Happen Only Not Tonight his followup to 2007's Stars On The Wall. Just in time to cash in on Owl City's success. Just kidding. We're told the electro-acoustic collection's "a celebration of sincere love." You should be able to hear a bit of that in the smooth, hushed title track (complete with horns). Also, maybe I haven't had enough coffee, but the vocal melody reminds me of (whispered) Jets To Brazil.
