Originally released in 1994 "Lovesongs of chaos and desire" was the second official release by Mandy Cousins and Michael Turner as The Sensualists (not to be confused with the American group of the same name), pre-dated by two years by their earlier cassette debut "Boon" . "Lovesongs" is a fifty-fifty mix of blissed out melodic pop and moodier atmospheric intrumentals. Once hailed by Dewdrops magazine as "Canada's best unsigned band" .This release should appeal to fans of mid-late eighties Cocteau Twins,Dead Can Dance,Maurice Deebank era Felt ,Michael Brook, Brian Eno and of course Mandy and Michael's later work as Titania and Angelmark. Both originally from England ,Cousins and Turner reside in the wintery environs of Edmonton ,Canada.
