"Playa Azul", is a new compilation series from Blue Flame with artists coming from the new flamenco scene and other with musical influences from Lounge, Electronic and Jazz. This mix from both parties defines the term "Flamenco Chill" and has, what many have been missing these days in countless compilations around - the real original Chill-Out character.
This fusion can be defined as a new style of Lounge, Down Beat, Elelectro or Chill Out music. It's leaned on the typical flamenco guitar riffs, because the acoustic guitar is still middle point of this production, bound from Down Beat to Chill Out, Lounge to light influences ofJazz and are the base elements for "Flamenco Chill".
Formationen like Agua Loca, Jaleo, Diego Cortes, Chambao, Paco Fernandez, Duende or Raul Orellana with Paco de Lucia's classic "Entre dos Aguas", all the way to Freddy Marquez, Al-Pha-X or Lenny Mac Dowell and Toni Xucla. All these artists contribute to this variety of flamenco chill mix.
