Not a brand new release but rather one that deserves a write up. UR output that definitely brings the goods to the table. Starting out is the all mighty I Am UR. I Am, UR, We will, Resist! Unsmooth, grinding bone against concrete, dark underground vibes. A true resistance anthem. After this incredible first song, on the CD variant comes no less than 15 other pieces of well produced electronic warfare weapons. The music presented is definitely on the far end from the so popular, well polished and sunny deep house. We get pure old school inspired Detroit sounds, electro beats abundant. This doesn’t mean the album lacks funk, on the contrary. Technology Gap for example is full of it. Although the album lends structure and sonics from the past, the package feels like a fresh breeze. Blowing some much needed diversity into electronic music of 07-08. Dirty, rough, harsh and twisted are keywords for this excellent release. My top picks from this album would be I Am UR , Sabotage , Death of my neighborhood , Detonate and In Or Out .
