The title says it all: "This is my country" (Volume 2 of the "Teoría y Práctica Melódica"series) is our particular take on an evoking genre which has influenced many of our favourite artists very strongly. To help us on this adventurous, educational, fun compilation, many bands have contributed their peculiar points of views on a type of music which is, in many cases, rather far from their usual musical territory. The result, extrovert and na?ve in most cases, is fittingly topped by Javier Aramburu's fantastic digipack sleeve design. All in all, it's an international collection of 22 songs by bands and artists either from Jabalina or just friends of ours who wanted to take part on the project. The songs range from original tunes to great versions of classics of the genre. As an introduction to the extraordinary variety of songs, here's a summary of the valuable tracklist:

· Twenty-two songs: 13 unreleased original songs or cover versions by Apenino, The Pines, Piano, Ama, J'aime, Nadadora, Entre Ríos, Portonovo, Pipas, Serpentina, Cola Jet Set, Colorado vs Zipi Zape and y Stuart Nicol, most of which have neem recorded specifically for this compilation.
