This is one of my favourite Super Furries albums, just dripping with pop hooks, left-field turns, and moments of surprisingly out-right beauty amidst the chaos. 'Do Or Die' is a kick-ass opener, followed by the irresistable bouncy joy of 'Turning Tide' and "Northern Lites'. 'Some Things Come From Nothing' provides a heart of stillness amidst the chaos, leading to the knees-up of 'The Teacher' and the extremely sensible advice of 'Chewing Chewing Gum'.
Cosmic, strange, and yet undeniably warm, this is definitely a highlight in their catalogue.
