For more than 10 years Jon Wahl fronted the Los Angeles skronk-punk-jazz-metal band Clawhammer, whose sound earned them a hardcore following across the country and record deals with Sympathy, Epitaph and Interscope. On Sour Suite, his debut post-Clawhammer effort, he has taken a subtler yet equally twisted musical path.
