从94年开始，德国出现了个专擅超大型Party的三人组，动辄以超过150以上的BPM、加上天神降临般的热场呼声，创造了所谓的Rave热潮，这股风气后来延烧到整个欧洲。
Scooter也因而成为这种活动的指标性组合，并曾在1997年到台献艺，使本地乐迷除了对如此狂暴而劲道十足的风格啧啧称奇外，也见识到 Scooter完美操控万人派对的功力，绝非浪得虚名。而在整个欧洲大陆上，他们更是象徵着德国的光荣，被视为德国’90年代最杰出的音乐出品。
