In Dying Arms was formed in 2004 as a different name and formed in hoping of creating something unique. The band went through many struggles and many member changes and disbanded in mid 06 only to reform a couple months later and change the name to IN DYING ARMS. The band had problems finding the right members and things were always changed and it wasnt until 2008 when the band had its calling. IN DYING ARMS mixes the styles of screamo and deathcore together to create a very diverse and creative flow in their songs. The band has been on an uplifting path ever since they got a solid line up in 08 and plans on much bigger and better things to come.
“IN DYING ARMS is that of having your inner beauty being kept inside by the ugly. We let things like love and hate control our whole lives. In Dying Arms is that of a beautiful red rose being contained by barbed wire as it holds the beauty inside, not letting it be released. We are the rose that cannot be free. We are the beauty that is hidden by the foul. We are constantly needing to be carried by others. We are always carried in the wrong direction. The beauty of the inner self will always be contained, because we allow ourselves to be taken down the road of animosity. The Arms that carry us are dying. We are In Dying Arms…”
