Having started life as an instrumental called "Riding The Wave" in 2005, it's been a long journey to the mainstream for Sunfreakz, but all the signs are there that this uplifting anthem is finally ready to cross-over. Originally created by Belgian producer Tim Janssens, the vocal version arrived summer 2006 courtesy of Andrea Britton. Things progressed further when Axwell delivered his awesome remix later in 2006, and the record has since become a regular in the boxes of A-list DJ's around the world including Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, Judge Jules, Carl Cox and David Guetta. Andrea recently went back into the studio to do a vocal version of Axwell's mix, and it was immediately made an Essential New Tune by Pete Tong. With heavy support in place, "Counting Down The Days" looks like being one of the defining dance tracks for summer 2007.
